Join us on March 9th at 18:00 in the Dylan Hotel for our International Women’s Day event which will be a chance for women to come together, to foster inspiration, celebrate IWD, and network with like-minded professionals.

Our aim is to host an open discussion, led by a panel of successful women, discussing the success and challenges they have faced; how we can better support everyone who is progressing in their careers; and embrace transformative leadership, innovation and bold ideas which can accelerate progress towards a gender equal future.

Our moderator and co-hosts will reflect on their own experiences and what equity means to them, and we hope that this fosters an open discussion with all our guests as we share lessons learnt and achievements made.

Susan Dwyer, Founder @ Rise Up
Susan Dwyer’s mission is to empower women to reach their boldest career ambitions, thus enabling them to live better and more fulfilled lives. Gillian Harford, Country Exec @ 30% Club
Gillian Harford is a senior HR Executive who works directly with client organisations focusing on diversity and workplace change.  Sponsored by EY she also operates as the Country Executive for the 30% Club, a global campaign supported by Chairs and CEOs driving gender balance on Boards and at cSuite.  Gillian is the former Head of HR Strategy & Planning with AIB where, with a career spanning almost 40 years, she has been responsible for significant people change with particular focus on Culture, Career, Diversity and Agile Work.

Catherine Choo, Founder @ yes&
Catherine is the CEO and Founder of yes&, a creative innovation consultancy specialising in communications, marketing & digital product creation. Here, they believe that creative driven solutions, thinking outside of the box, and a desire to always build and improve on an idea are key drivers in growth

Maeve O’Meara, HR Director & Career Coach
Maeve is a Human Resources Director and a qualified Career Coach. She has a strong background in Talent Acquisition and Executive Search within the tech Industry. Her experience extends across the US, EMEA and APJ regions with brands such as Google, YouTube and Dropbox. She has a metric oriented approach to her work and a special interest in executive, new manager and interviewer coaching as well as interviewee coaching.

Roisin Kearney, Head of Alliances @ DBT and co-founder of SWIT
Combining years of experience in the Tech Industry with her experience as a Business and Life Coach, Roisin co-founded SWIT, Sales Women in Tech, a platform to empower and inspire sales professionals and leaders to work towards a more diverse and equal workplace.

Sinead Healy – Moderator, Capital Equity Markets, Manager @ Greenman
With nearly a decade’s experience working within the financial sector. Sinead is driven by a passion for financial literacy and continuous personal & career development. She has a commitment to pushing boundaries, challenging herself and connecting with people. Her greatest achievements to date have been her connections with her clients over her career and the odd adventure such as hiking to Everest Base Camp!
