Greenman European Supermarkets (GES) is a part open-ended real estate fund formed in January 2021. GES is the second compartment of the Greenman Investments S.C.A, SICAV-FIS umbrella fund. GES will invest in grocery anchored real estate, logistics and omni-channel grocery distribution and retail platforms across the EU.

Own to Sell
The acquisition of core, core+ and value-add Assets that are predominately let to food and grocery focused occupiers with the aim to dispose of the Assets to core and core+ investors on pre-agreed terms.
Loan to Own
Providing short-term loans, development finance and CapEx facilities to owners and developers of Assets that are predominately let to food and grocery-focused occupiers with the aim to convert the loans into equity positions and therefore, acquire in part or in full, for the long-term once development is complete.
Loan to Support
Providing short to medium term flexible loans to entities participating in the acquisition, construction and operation of Assets and their related businesses who have adequate security and sustainable business plans.
