In Q3 2025, the fund received a higher-than-usual volume of redemption requests. To ensure these exceptional outflows do not negatively impact the value of the investment for the vast majority of shareholders who remain with the fund, we are introducing a Fair Treatment Principle to our fund’s framework. 

This principle is a protective measure designed for scenarios where meeting exceptional redemptions could force the fund to sell assets quickly at a potential loss. In such a situation, the mechanism ensures that any specific financial impact is allocated fairly to the transactions that necessitated it, thereby safeguarding the value for long-term remaining investors. 

A formal notification to Shareholders regarding this update will be released.
