This year, we celebrate 20 years of Greenman.

What started in 2005 as a small team with a big vision has grown into a European Group with over 200 people, managing more than €1.35 billion in assets—and still growing. But more than the milestones, it’s the journey we’re proud of. The people. The partnerships. The shared belief that grocery real estate can be a force for stability, sustainability, and innovation.

We’ve evolved from a single office in Dublin to a group of companies operating across real estate, utilities, resources, finance, and technology—all working together to imagine and build the future of grocery real estate in Europe. And we’ve stayed true to what matters most: long-term thinking, meaningful relationships, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.

To mark this anniversary, we’re hosting 20 events throughout 2025. These will bring together colleagues, partners, and our communities to look ahead—at the opportunities, the challenges, and the tools we’ll need to shape the next 20 years.
