ABOUT US

Greenman is a sector specific real estate investment fund manager, authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as an AIFM. Our focus is to provide investors with consistent income. We achieve this by acquiring one asset type - German Fachmarktzentren (the “Centres”).

Our funds own 18 German Centres valued at c.€100m, with a combined let area of c.72,000 sqm, let to Germany’s largest food retailers. They generate large income surpluses which are distributed to investors annually. Two funds, Retail+ and Income PRO will be open for investment in March 2014.

As recognised Fachmarktzentren specialists we have the local knowledge, market understanding and industry relationships to acquire Centres that can generate the returns needed to consistently meet our funds' targets.
