Two of the Group’s real estate businesses are becoming one. GFORM and White Bird are merging to form Greenman Germany, a new, closely aligned sister company to Greenman Poland.

The two businesses bring genuinely complementary strengths: GFORM’s expertise in commercial and tenant relationship management, and White Bird’s specialisation in technical real estate management. Together, they create a single, integrated point of contact for commercial, technical and project management services across the portfolio – sharpening governance and bringing more consistent reporting across every property managed, rather than splitting that relationship across two separate businesses.

The new brand will make its first public appearance at EXPO REAL in Munich this October (5–7 October), Europe’s leading trade fair for real estate and investment, drawing tens of thousands of industry professionals and investors from across the world each year.

It’s a natural stage for the announcement. Presenting Greenman Germany alongside Greenman Poland at one of the industry’s biggest events puts the Group’s approach to active, integrated property management directly in front of the market it’s built to serve, rather than telling the story of two separate country operations apart from one another.

For OPEN, it’s a sign of a real estate platform being deliberately strengthened – sharper governance, more consistent reporting, and one voice presented with confidence on one of the industry’s biggest stages.
