We’re finalising the last items for the 2025 audit with our independent auditors. Because the audit isn’t signed off yet, we weren’t able to issue the AGM convening notices on 17 September as planned.

The auditors have been thorough. That level of scrutiny is there to protect investors, and we’d rather it was done properly than done quickly.

What happens next

• Once the audit is signed off, we’ll issue the convening notices.
• The AGM will take place two weeks after the notices go out, so it will move from 1 October.
• We’ll update you again next week.

We won’t give a fixed date until we have one, as the timing of sign-off is in the auditors‘ hands.
