Over the next few months there are a number of important dates coming up – covering the 2025 audit, the AGM of the fund, and NAV and distribution announcements. Here’s what to expect and when.

Completion of the 2025 Audit
The CSSF have been informed that Greenman acting in its capacity as AIFM to Greenman OPEN and Greenman NEXT, has agreed with the Fund’s Independent Auditor – Moore Audit – that the audit will be concluded on 17/09/2026.

Invitation to the Annual General Meeting
On 17/09/2026 shareholders in Greenman OPEN and Greenman NEXT will be sent convening notices – an invitation to attend and vote, in person, or via proxy – at the Annual General Meeting for the Fund which will be held in Luxembourg on 01/10/2026.

Announcement of Q1 and Q2 2026 NAVs
The Q1 2026 NAV will be finalised on 07/10/2026 and each shareholder’s individual valuation will be updated automatically on the mobile app, Clayo, by 13/10/2026. On the same date Q1 Performance Reports will be available in the respective fund’s “Fund Documents” section of Clayo.

The Q2 2026 NAV will be finalised on 29/10/2026 and each shareholder’s individual valuation will be updated automatically on the mobile app, Clayo, by 05/11/2026. On the same date Q2 Performance Reports will be available in the respective fund’s “Fund Documents” section of Clayo.

Payment of Distributions for Greenman OPEN
Those shareholders in Greenman OPEN holding shares eligible to receive distributions shall receive their Q1-26 distribution by 26/10/2026 and their Q2-26 distribution by 16/11/2026.
