Our Tenants

Tenants classically associated with a Centre are food retailers, often both full assortment and discount retailers, (the “Food Retailers”), branded drug stores and pharmacies (the “Near-Food Retailers”) and branded multiples who retail; shoes, clothing, discount fashion, homeware and other non-food items (the “Non-Food Retailers”). Together they are “the (“Tenant Mix”). We acquire Centre’s where the Tenant Mix is dominated by the Food Retailers and in particular the full assortment retailers.
Some of the Portfolio’s key tenant information includes:
  • EDEKA generate c.41% of the Portfolio’s rent 
  • our largest EDEKA “E-Centre” has a sales area of 6,600m2
  • a further c. 22% is generated by REWE, Kaufland ALDI, Netto & Penny
  • the Tenant Mix’s weighted chance of default is 0.73%  
  • C & A and Depot are located in our “Hybrid Centre’s”
