We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tickets simultaneously and learning new skills and procedures along the way. The role provides level 2 support for mainly Microsoft applications with the opportunity to work on the latest technologies, methodologies and innovative projects.
The person should have desktop support experience in an Active Directory environment and be familiar with server administration, from setting up new users to adjusting permissions, etc.
The role will report to the CTO in Ireland, who will in turn report to the CIO, and will be based in Greenman’s office in Berlin, Germany.
