Andrew’s role is to provide the senior management team with an observer’s opinion, expert advice, external review and has the mandate to challenge our Portfolio Team’s investment decisions. Andrew brings a range of skills including a detailed understanding of the retail landscape, execution of transactions, financing and dealing with large investors.
Andrew was appointed as non-executive director to Greenman’s board in October 2016
Andrew joined Grant Thornton in 2004 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant prior to transferring to KPMG Transaction Services where he specialised in Consumer and Industrial Market transactions in the private equity market.
In 2006 Andrew moved to become CFO at Change Capital Partners LLP, a mid-market private equity house specialising in retail and consumer brands. Since 2014 Andrew has provided consulting services to a number of businesses helping them with their high level financial and strategic decisions.
