James and his team are currently underwriting two food anchored retail Portfolios with a combined volume of c.€184.1m to add to Greenman’s GMO Fund. He is also working closely with new and existing developers and tenants in order to build a strong locked-in pipeline for Greenman’s AIFs to potentially acquire in 2020 and 2021.
James lead the Acquisitions Team which successfully increased the fund’s AUM by 58% by acquiring a total of 38 additional Centres with a combined c. €275m volume size in 2019. Two of these deals made it into the top 10 largest retail park transactions in Germany respectively. James is also leading the disposal process for one of Greenman’s AIF’s which includes 3 large Centres with a total annual rent of c. €3.6m.
